12 Week Home workout Program of 3 workouts per week. These workouts are all different and utilise different styles throughout the program.
Each workout is easy to follow and can be done in your lounge room or at the park and take under 20 minutes to do.
This program uses 3 main pieces of equipment (not included) that are low cost and add in extra resistance to the body. These are:
